Intellectual Property Policy

01 Our Intellectual Property

All content on the Aura24 application, website (www.aura24.co.in), and related platforms — including but not limited to:

• Software code (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• AI Companion designs (names, personalities, voices, avatars, illustrations)
• Brand assets (Aura24 logo, wordmark, color schemes, "Discuss · Play · Connect" tagline)
• User interface designs and graphics
• Marketing materials (videos, screenshots, copy)
• Trademarks ("Aura24," "SpillTV Studios," and associated marks)
• Audio content (synthesized voices, sound effects, music cues)

is the exclusive property of SpillTV Studios Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

02 Permitted Use by Users

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use Aura24 for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Take screenshots of conversations for personal use (not for redistribution)
• Share that they use Aura24 on social media (without misrepresenting our brand)

Users may NOT:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell any Aura24 content
• Use Aura24 IP in their own products or services
• Create derivative works (fan apps, merchandise, etc.) without written permission
• Use Aura24 trademarks in domain names, app names, or business names
• Misrepresent affiliation with SpillTV Studios

03 User-Generated Content

When users submit content to Aura24 (messages, voice recordings, photos):

• Users retain ownership of their original content
• Users grant SpillTV Studios a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for Service operation, improvement, and safety review (as detailed in our Terms of Service)
• Users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to submit such content
• Users are solely responsible for the legality of content they upload

04 Third-Party Intellectual Property

4.1 AI Models and Services

Aura24 integrates third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Sarvam AI). Use of these services is subject to their respective licenses.

4.2 Open Source Software

Aura24 uses open-source libraries under various licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). A complete list of open-source attributions is available at: www.aura24.co.in/oss-attributions

4.3 Stock Assets

Some background imagery, sound effects, or fonts are licensed from third-party stock libraries with appropriate commercial use rights.

05 Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Aura24 infringes your intellectual property rights, send a written notice with the following information:

5.1 Required Information

1. Your contact details: Full name, address, phone number, email
2. Identification of the work: A description of the copyrighted/trademarked work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the infringement: Where on Aura24 the infringing material appears (specific screen, URL, feature, or Companion)
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
5. Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Where to Send

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and respond with our action within 15 business days.

5.3 Actions We May Take

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Terminate the user's account if they are a repeat infringer
• Cooperate with legal proceedings

5.4 Misuse of Notices

Submitting false infringement claims is illegal and may result in legal action against you under Indian law. You may be liable for damages if you misrepresent ownership.

06 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with:

1. Your contact details
2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake
4. Your consent to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India
5. Your signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 days.

07 Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, as determined by our reasonable discretion based on the volume and nature of complaints.

08 Trademark Disputes

Aura24 trademarks include (but are not limited to):

• "Aura24" word mark
• The Aura24 logo (gradient wordmark with heart symbols)
• The "A24" abbreviated mark
• "SpillTV Studios" company name

To report trademark infringement, follow the same process as Section 5.

09 Trade Secret and Confidential Information

The following are trade secrets of SpillTV Studios:

• AI Companion system prompts and personality definitions
• Backend architecture and proprietary algorithms
• Coin economy parameters and game balance settings
• User engagement metrics and behavioral models
• Business strategy and financial information

Any unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of these trade secrets violates our Terms of Service and applicable law.

10 Patents

SpillTV Studios reserves all rights to file patent applications for inventions related to Aura24's technology. Users may not file patent applications based on Aura24's features or methodology.

11 International IP Protection

We protect our intellectual property in India and internationally through:

• Copyright registration (where applicable)
• Trademark registration with the Indian Trademark Registry
• International filings under the Madrid Protocol (when applicable)
• DMCA enforcement in the United States
• EU IP enforcement procedures
