Aura24 is an AI-powered companion application that provides interactive conversational experiences with AI-generated personas ("Companions"). All Companions are artificial intelligence characters — they are not real people. The app is intended for users aged 18 and above.

3.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, gender, date of birth (we use this to verify you are 18+)
• Authentication Data: Google Sign-In identifier and basic profile information you authorize Google to share
• Profile Data: Preferences, interests, and information you add to your profile
• Content You Create: Messages you send to Companions, voice recordings (if you use voice features), photos you upload
• Payment Information: Transaction history, subscription status (payment processing is handled by Razorpay; we do not store your card details)

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile carrier
• Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, interaction patterns with Companions, coin transactions
• Log Data: IP address, access times, app crashes, error reports
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) tokens

3.3 Information from Third Parties

• Google Sign-In: Name, email, profile photo (with your consent)
• Analytics Providers: Anonymous usage statistics

05 AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Aura24 uses third-party AI services to generate Companion responses. Your conversations with Companions:

• Are processed by AI language models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini)
• May be used to improve AI response quality and content moderation
• Are stored on our secure servers (AWS) to maintain conversation continuity
• Voice synthesis may use third-party services (ElevenLabs, Sarvam AI)
